The rental fee reserves the McCune Mansion for exclusive and private use and allows the estate to host only one event per day. The pricing is based upon many variables and the information provided below is for estimation purposes only, a more in depth conversation will allow us to create a more complete quote for your event. Please note all food, beverage and linen must be contracted by the McCune Mansion and are not included in the Mansion Rental. The maximum guest count in the winter season = 300 guests, maximum guest count in the summer season = 500 guests.
